Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the daily operations of the Perennial and Ornamental Grass production including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and crop yields.
- Assist with garden maintenance, including weeding and pest control.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required for various farm activities.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating crop yields.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work long hours outdoors.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to farming practices.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
