Administrative Assistant (Part-Time Position)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to office operations and client projects
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Support internal communications by drafting emails, reminders, and other correspondence
- Complete all tasks with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed in support of company initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; prior administrative experience preferred, especially in a marketing or sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
