Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in BMT care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana
- At least 2 years of experience in oncology or hematology nursing
- EPIC experience required
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
- ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course required
