Certification Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in MS/Tele/Neuro Departments
• Epic System Experience Required
• Strong Neurological Knowledge Required
• 1:6 Staff-to-Patient Ratio
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• No On-Call Shifts
• Float Assignments: Yes
• Holidays: Worked at least 2 of 3 holidays
• Unit Information:
• Specialized Patient Population: Neuro/Stroke Patients
• Vascular Surgeries
• Multi-Level Back Surgeries
• Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Procedures
• Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias
• Care for Cerebrovascular Accidents (CVAs)
• Pre- and Post-Neurosurgery Care
• Spinal Cord Injury Management
• Traumatic Brain Injury Care

Workplace Guidelines

• Dress Code: Navy Blue and White Scrubs Combination

Employment Requirements

• Required Certifications: BLS, NIH, and ACLS
• Return to Office (RTO): Less than 5 days or extended contract duration
