- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Position Purpose:
LCNB National Bank is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to join our Commercial Credit Department. This position is responsible for assisting Credit Analysts and Commercial Loan Officers with credit and loan tracking activities for new and renewed commercial loan requests. The Junior Credit Analyst will assist in verifying that loan requests conform to bank established lending policies and prudent lending practices. The role will also work with the Director of Commercial Credit Analysis in reference to portfolio management and administrative duties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Financial statement spreading for loan officers and credit analysts
- Assist with portfolio management activities such as financial statement tracking and covenant tracking
- Confirm that all financial information included in the loan presentation memo reviewed by the loan committee is indexed in the document management system
- Work with loan officers to help with timely financial statement collection and uploading to document management system
- Monitor adherence to loan approval requirements and loan policy
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting

Working Conditions:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
