Junior Investment Advisor

- Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Compensation: $24.00
Position Purpose:
LCNB National Bank is seeking a Junior Investment Advisor to join our Trust Department. This position will assist in all aspects of the investment management process, including economic research and security analysis of all investments. The Junior Investment Advisor will provide support for Investment Portfolio Managers and collaborate with other members of the Investment team to ensure a positive experience for both existing and potential clients.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Security Trades – Work with all Investment Officers to execute stock, bond, and mutual fund trades. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all trades. Work with operations staff and outside brokers to ensure proper settlement of all trades.
- Support Trust Investment Marketing and Client Engagement – Work with all Investment Officers to prepare and bind client presentation materials for meetings. Regularly update and maintain LCNB economic and market chartbook on FactSet and Excel. Run performance reports for Investment Officers as requested.
- Investment Analysis - Work with Investment Officers to review stocks, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, treasury bonds, and agency bonds. Periodically review securities within the Trust Accounting system and work with operational staff to ensure securities are coded correctly within the system.
- Meeting Organization - Collaborate with Investment Officers to maintain client meetings, schedules and materials for meetings. Assist with scheduling team meetings and preparing agendas.
- Miscellaneous Projects - Collaborate with Investment team members to monitor progress on short-term department projects.
- Supply Management - Work with the Wealth Client Care Coordinator to maintain department supplies. Request printer maintenance and repair with Woodhull when required.
- Support the Client Care Coordinator - When the Wealth Client Care Coordinator is absent, provide support for those responsibilities.
- Maintain Regulatory Compliance – Access the Accutech system to perform a quarterly audit of accounts and draft Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for new or aging accounts as needed. Complete quarterly and monthly client assignments. Assist other Trust Officers in compliance, audit, exam preparation and other Trust duties as needed.
- Inter-system Management - Utilize Accutech, Greenhill, and other web-based systems to pull reports. Review and compare accounts between systems. Upload documents to applicable accounts. Maintain account profiles.
- Adhere to the Confidentiality Clause - Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.

Required Competencies/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn how to use other department software, including Accutech, Greenhill, FactSet, Money Guide Pro, and Morningstar.

Working Conditions:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
