Tree Climber

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in climbing techniques and equipment operation. This role involves working at heights to perform tree trimming, maintenance, and removal tasks while ensuring the health and safety of both the trees and the surrounding environment. Benefits after 90 days of employment. Weekly Pay! Within 30 minutes of Columbia. Must have own equipment!!! Must be able to Climb trees. 5 years of experience. Hiring Immediately!!!

Responsibilities

• Climbing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal as needed to maintain the health of trees.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, mulching, and general garden care.
• Utilize GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care activities.
• Rig branches for safe removal and lowering to prevent damage to surrounding structures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in bucket operation for accessing high branches safely.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and principles of tree care.
• Experience with tree trimming techniques and equipment usage.
• Ability to rig materials effectively to ensure safe operations during tree removal or trimming.
• Familiarity with GIS technology for efficient planning and execution of tasks.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
