Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Location: Indianapolis, NW Side
Company: LCP Transportation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible shifts)
Pay: $20.00 per hour (training and production)
Benefits: Employer-paid health insurance (after 90 days), 6 paid holidays, vision, dental, disability benefits, PTO accrual (up to 72 hours annually)

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide information on transportation services, eligibility, and schedules.
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Process trip details and coordinate with drivers/vendors to ensure timely service.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, escalate when needed.
- Documentation: Update member records and document service-related issues.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in customer service or call center.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to show empathy and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiar with computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
