What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Continuity Manager position at LCRA?
You qualify with :
- Twelve or more years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery programs / processes or other relevant experience, including three years of leadership responsibility. A degree(s) in business, technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, drive business continuity successes, and build resiliency.
- Proficient in managing business continuity and disaster recovery for IT infrastructure, applications, and data in both IT and OT environments.
- Working knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery tools, cloud-based disaster recovery, and related best practices.
