What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Technician II position at LCRA?
You qualify with :
- Three or more years of experience interpreting technical drawings / documents and performing technical analysis; drafting using computer-aided design software, performing engineering design or other relevant experience. A degree in computer-aided design, engineering technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license if traveling independently to various locations (substations, power plants, water systems, etc.)
- Direct knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
- Direct knowledge of power substation relay and control technologies.
