What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Archaeologist / Principal Investigator position at LCRA?
You qualify with :
- Master's degree in anthropology, archeology or related field plus one or more years of experience in archeology.
- Driver's license
- Experience within Cultural Resources Management
- Familiarity with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and other relevant federal and state regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate findings to project managers and non-archaeologists
- Experience with ArcMap and GIS data collection.
- Working knowledge of the prehistory and history of Texas
