LCS Heating and Cooling is a locally owned, growing company. Quality matters!! We have great processes in place to complete high quality jobs, while being efficient and running smoothly. Lead installers lead each day’s job by accurately installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, minisplits, and communicating thermostats, effectively delegating tasks to the apprentice and helping to train apprentices. Lead installers must be able to efficiently work with PVC, sheet metal and electrical. We have a strong office, who cares about how your day is going and is there to help if needed. We are paperless and use technology to communicate with each other and our clients.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, based on experience, with attainable bonus opportunity on every changeout job PLUS annual profit-sharing bonus opportunity.
