What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Landscape Supervisor position at LCS Landscapes?
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Landscape Crew Leader position is responsible for managing and performing all field operations at a large HOA . This includes all landscape maintenance services, such as mowing, pruning and leaf removal. Landscape crew would consist of crew leader and 2 laborer. This will be a direct report position located in Chester, NY area. Will also have snow removal responsibilities overseeing 12-15 shovelers and subcontractor.
This is a working supervisor performing landscape maintenance services on site
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and schedules labor, equipment and material to accomplish production scheduled within established budgets.
- Helps perform all daily activities and works besides crew members
- Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
- Maintains proper inventory of materials, equipment and other supplies
- Supervise employees, keeping attendance records, enforcing proper uniform and safety equipment use and approving time cards
- Maintain day to day working knowledge of contract and work order in progress
- Daily interaction with Client Management
- Daily reporting of work performed

- Commercial Landscape: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
