What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape / Concrete Laborer position at LCS LLC?
FULL - TIME / PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE / ROOM FOR GROWTH
We are hiring hardworking individuals for landscaping/hardscaping work. CDL preferred, but a valid driver's license is required. Must have experience operating heavy equipment (bobcat, loader, excavator). Concrete experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not necessary)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- non-smoking preferred
-Experience with heavy equipment
- Attention to detail / ability to work independently with direction
-Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
-Perform landscaping and hardscaping duties, including patios, walkways, retaining walls and grading
-Assist with concrete work as needed (forming, pouring, finishing)
