LCS is seeking a curious, intuitive, and empathetic Sales Development Representative to support our Sales and Marketing departments in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Sales Development Representative you will focus on identifying and vetting new sales opportunities by uncovering customer needs. You’ll be the first line of communication with both prospects and current customers within the sales organization. You will also cultivate a strong understanding of the sales process, research leads, create and build new business relationships, and set sales representatives up for success.

Responsibilities
Become an expert in the Rent Manager product line.- Develop a firm understanding of the sales process.
- Create and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them to move forward in the sales process.
- Utilize cold calling, email techniques, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate solutions and next steps.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and clients to qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Document activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Meet monthly Sales Opportunity quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred- 1 years of prior administrative support experience, preferably in a sales environment
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of an organization
- High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic with the desire to move up within the sales organization
- Proven creativity and a problem-solving approach
