Job Overview
At this current time we are looking for subcontract workers, must have own equipment and supplies.
We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Cleaning Contractor.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining our one time & reoccurring cleans for our residential and commercial clients.
~ Type of opportunities included ( but are not limited to )~
Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Top to Bottom Cleaning, Air BnB Cleaning, Post Construction & Renovation, Office, Salon, Medical Buildings, Electrostatic Treatment, Green Cleaning etc.
~ Requirements ~
2 years in business in residential and/or commercial cleaning
Knowledge of custodial duties and cleaning procedures
Ability to work effectively & efficiently
Strong attention to detail & self motivating
General Liability Insurance for Residential
General Liability & Workmans Comp for Commercial Optional
Willing to add Lewzander Cleaning Solutions to your Insurance Certificate.
Provide background check results on you & your team.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Manage laundry and housekeeping tasks as required, maintaining a tidy environment.
- Utilize janitorial experience to uphold cleanliness in various settings, including hotels and offices.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
