Overview: Extremely easy...work at your own pace... Field Representative position. The candidate is primarily responsible for selling services related to various industries within the cleaning industry within designated high-end territories. On-the-job training is provided. From time to time the Field Representative will be required to perform Quality Control Checks on various commercial accounts, along with being required to perform walk-throughs to new future commercial accounts with an additional bonus pay incentives. This role typically involves direct no high pressure interaction with potential customers through door-to-door sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Activities:
· Engage with homeowners and businesses directly to sell services and promote quality control services to commercial accounts
· Conduct assessments of commercial properties to identify potential needs for quality control measures. (Basically, checking to ensure the assigned contractors completed their assignment).
· Present and explain service offerings, emphasizing the benefits of quality assurance in the services provided.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
· As a people person the sales rep will build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups with commercial accounts.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
3. Quality Control Oversight:
· Oversee the implementation of quality control processes after services has been completed at with our commercial clients.
· Ensure that all work performed meets company standards and customer expectations.
· Conduct inspections post-service to confirm quality compliance and gather feedback from commercial clients.
4. Performance Tracking:
· Report regularly on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
5. Training and Development:
· Participate in initial training and continual training sessions provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies related to quality control services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably a direct sales environments, but not necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning practices or quality assurance processes is advantageous but not mandatory, or willing to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
Compensation Structure:
- The position typically offers a commission-based salary on individual performance, allowing representatives to increase their earnings based on successful sales efforts. There are several opportunities which will enhance the representatives minimum and maximum sales profit.
Work Environment:
- Filed Representatives will spend significant time outdoors (permitting weather) visiting potential clients’ homes or commercial businesses within designated high-end territories. Flexibility in working hours. Rep will be allowed to work at their own pace.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
