Job Description
The LCS Professional Development Program (Administrator in Training) is a program that puts individuals on the fast track for success in the world of senior living. The Professional Development Program prepares individuals to become a licensed nursing home administrator at the conclusion of the training year, typically 12 months in length. This is a full-time opportunity that offers on the job training in an LCS managed community under the direct supervision of an experienced preceptor / mentor.
