Job Description
The Talent Development Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-wide curricula for Life Care Services. This entails determining the proper blend of learning methods and tools for a given solution, including the use of web-based training. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating, implementing and facilitating training / education programs to ensure that LCS is achieving its staff development goals.
