Job Summary:
Salaried position that is responsible for administering and managing day to day operations as it pertains to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and the overall security of the business assets. Position requires a minimum 40-hour work week to ensure optimal coverage including days, nights, and weekends.

Retail sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability
Additionally:
Strong communication skills
Experience with computers
Excellent customer service is desired
Must be available nights and weekends
In addition, eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

- Eligible for a retention bonus after 90 days of employment (Up to $500)
- Pay Includes: Salary commission $39,520.00 commissions (varies)

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma. A minimum of three year’s experience in a supervisory position or related retail sales position is optimal.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Standing: Be able to stand 8 hours without sitting.
- Average Mental Requirements: One must have the ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various

Salary : $39,520
