Overview
LD's BBQ Provides a clean safe work environment with a strong focus on customer service. Because our customer service is so good our staff receive great tips on top of their salary.

Front of House Staff will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and events to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders.
• Support team members in various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards collaboration and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
