LDF S & D Oklahoma is looking for a Dynamic Brand Manager to join the Brand Management Team.
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing effective brewer relationship management programs with assigned supplier(s) that adopts best-in-industry practices and aligns key suppliers needs with LDF strategic priorities. The Brand Manager will drive results by ensuring resources are optimized and focused on profit driven activities while supporting company goals and principles. In addition, the brand manager is the communication conduit between the assigned supplier and LDF sales team. This position works daily to create, plan and execute marketing programs, sampling and special events. This position strives to grow the user base and build brand awareness and product sales thru a seamless integration of supplier marketing programs flawlessly implemented as local sales initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Communicates the sales activity, promotions, post-offs, new product introductions and pricing of all supplier products. Presents supplier programs and updates at monthly sales meetings.
2. Develops relationship and trust with assigned supplier partners.
3. Communicates the necessary action plans to ensure product quality standards and procedures are achieved per company and supplier guidelines.
4. Works with Executive Management to develop the annual sales plan, objectives and strategies that align with assigned suppliers. Provides timely updates on progress towards those initiatives.
5. Creates effective distribution plans and responsible for inventory management and product procurement.
6. Creates and implements sales and marketing strategies for assigned brands as those targeted initiatives relate to ABP’s, to include pricing, promotions, incentives, special events, programs, social media and sponsorships to build brand profitability.
7. Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales trends, distribution and pricing. Collaborates with the management team to utilize and integrate consumer-driven data to achieve long term growth of assigned brands and provide sales teams with programs to impact improvement.
8. Works collaboratively with the On and Off Premise Sales teams to evaluate channel specific needs, business opportunities, and sales materials. Supports sales teams by introducing and rolling out new initiatives, product innovation, or programs to drive performance improvement through measurable results and impact in both On and Off Premise accounts.
9. Delivers on-time accurate monthly planning documentation. Attends and actively participates in monthly planning meetings.
10. Manages the marketing expenses to the budget.
11. Operates Company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Safety Manual and reports any and all vehicle accidents immediately to the President and follows LDF accident policy as outlined therein.
12. Performs other duties as determined and directed by the Director of Brand Management and Executive Management.
Qualifications: Three years’ experience in distributor sales, supplier sales and/or brand management, preferably with an alcohol or soda beverage brand and/or five years' B2B beverage sales. Have a proven track record in brand management and sales.
Education/Experience: Prefer college graduate with degree emphasis in marketing, or equivalent experience, plus additional professional sales training programs. Proven knowledge of computer and software literacy at the level required for this position. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (PowerPoint & Excel).
Language Ability: Superior interpersonal communications skills. Possess written communication skills sufficient to write policies, procedures, operating plan and the like.
Math Ability: Analytical ability sufficient to create a budget, analyze financial statements to effect change to achieve gross margin and operating profit goals.
Reasoning Ability: Possess a superior analytical ability to make changes in financial objectives and department structure to sustain profitability and promote growth. Must be very Organized with effective Time Management.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment: Based in Tulsa OK in a typical office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust and the like. Minimal travel and overnight stays between markets.
