REPORTS TO : Director of Capital Markets

STATUS : Exempt

LDG Development, an industry leader in multifamily development, has an immediate and unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced real estate finance analyst to join its Capital Markets team. The Capital Markets Analyst will work directly with the LDG Development Managers to draft and complete tax credit financing applications, perform preliminary underwriting and ongoing financial analysis, and due diligence review of real estate sites in various territories. The analyst will work with the Capital Markets team to facilitate the procurement of tax credits and other project financing.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Assist with coordination of numerous projects in various phases of design and development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 0-3 years of real estate experience and / or finance experience.
• High proficiency in proforma financial modeling techniques.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and industry-standard software technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe , and other project management software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics.
