LDI Connect is looking for temporary help in our Parts Department from around February 10th to March 31st.
We are in need of someone who can multi task and speak with the technicians. This person must be extremely organized, can work at an extremely fast pace, and speak fluent English. Experience in an inventory environment would be beneficial as well.
Responsibilities
- This position will interact with the Purchasing Manager and other staff in our parts room. The ideal candidate will have previous inventory experience in a shop environment.
- This position will perform inventory related duties proficiently and accurately.
- Receive, store, pull, stage & deliver parts to shop & Field Technicians.
- Document and count parts, monitor and replenish inventory.
- Package & ship return parts
- Maintain orderly parts storage areas, clean floors, shelving, bins, aisle ways and work areas
- Responsible for incoming parts and delivery to appropriate accounts via UPS World Ship and company Messengers. Responsibilities include transferring parts to proper Technicians and maintaining inventory, security and integrity of Parts Department.
- Receives, unpacks and counts stock items, and records data manually or electronically.
- Retrieves stocked items or parts, packs items and delivers to designated recipients.
- Maintains inventory levels; assists in maintaining inventory control.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in Parts Department, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Communicates inventory levels and related matters with Parts Manager.
- Maintain integrity of Parts Room and related secured areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The hourly rate for this role will be $20.00 - $25.00 / hr
