Process warranty claims for HVAC parts
Scheduling start-ups and dispatch service calls
Order HVAC parts
Submit warranty claims
Filing Startup logs and daily work sheets
Skills & Qualifications :
Friendly & Customer Service Oriented
Good communication skills
Must be an independent worker & detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of Procore a plus
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently
