We currently have openings for Part-time sales associates at our Bowmn, SC location. If you excel at sales and customer service and are comfortable in our adult only environment, you could be earning top dollar! Full time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement.
Retail sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability
Additionally:
Strong communication skills
Experience with computers
Excellent customer service is desired
Must be available nights and weekends
Interested applicants must have previous sales or retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexible availability. We offer competitive base pay with additional commission and bonus opportunities, excellent opportunities for advancement, and an exciting work environment.
In addition, eligibility for a monthly performance bonus. And the retention bonus is as follows: $500 for full-time and $300 for part-time after 90 days of employment.
Eligible for a retention bonus after 90 days of employment (Up to $500)
Pay Includes: Base pay commission

Education/Experience: (qualifications)

  • Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
  • Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
  • Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
  • Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.

Availability:
Applicants will be hired and scheduled based on availability presented in the interview. In the event that the applicants availability changes, every effort to accommodate will be made but it is probable that the applicants status would change.
Average Mental Requirements: One must have the ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various instructions. Basic math skills and reading comprehension skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively.
