Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Currently looking for Mondays and Fridays from approximately 3pm to 8pm and weekend hours within the time frame of 10am and 8pm. This position is accompanying a youth to activities, encouraging social engagement and playing games. Some activities would include skating, sledding, fishing, and bowling.

Applicant must be able to drive and have their own form of transportation.

Starting wage of up to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and placement, with a raise and bonus available in first 60 days of employment.

Anyone can be a DSP, no experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn. LDR is licensed by DHS and follows state guidelines for training: all training is provided and paid. This is an ideal position for outgoing people looking for something extra in their life.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
