Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Market Growth
- Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the West Coast market that supports the company’s strategies for Level Best, ATI, and Hurricane products.
- Identify and establish relationships with new dealers, distributors, and key accounts to expand the company’s footprint in the region.
- Manage Manufacturer Representatives (if utilized), within assigned territories.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and customers need to adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and rental partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement dealer programs to incentivize partnerships and drive sales volume in the West Coast region.
- Provide training and support to all customers ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell ATI, Level Best and Hurricane products.
- Work with VP of Sales to establish annual goals and quotas for the West Coast territory, ensuring clear communication and accountability across the sales team.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track customer interactions, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, including key metrics, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the product lineup and establish brand awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations for high-value clients and provide firsthand support to dealers in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee quotes, pricing, and account receivables for the West Coast territory, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales activities across the region, ensuring consistent alignment with company objectives and goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the construction, industrial, or grading equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction attachments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Company Driver Policy requirements (annual motor vehicle records review required).
- Background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
- Base Salary: TBD
- Commission: Generous commission structure, with TBD% commission on net sales revenue, incentivizing strong sales performance and market growth.
