Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with experience in Quickbooks Desktop and online, invoicing customers, keeping accounts accurate, and up-to-date, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for Metro Districts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing support to management in financial decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payables and accounts receivable processes
- Utilize financial software Quickbooks to record and process transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare journal entries and maintain finance records
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Maintain accurate records in the general ledger accounting system
- Collaborate with the team on various financial projects
Salary : $20 - $24
