What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Le Burger 4304?
*We are hiring an additional prep team to work from roughly 5am-12pm, weekdays and weekends.*
Le Burger 4304 Prep Cooks are responsible for delivering perfect recipes that meet our set production standards and ensure delicious, craveable food for our customers. They understand that successful production on the line during service starts with perfectly executed prep. Prep cooks are also responsible for communicating product needs and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of prep areas and coolers.

Deliver Perfect Recipes
- Own the quality of food that is prepped for service and abide by Le Burger 4304’s standards and procedures during production.
- Carefully follow prep lists and ensure accurate amount of recipes are prepared before each shift to properly prepare the line for service.
- Always properly label prepped items with name and date.
Own the Cleanliness of Prep Areas and Coolers
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of prep designated areas by fully completing side work at the end of each shift.
- Abide by systems that guarantee health code compliance, food safety, and illness mitigation are being followed.
Communicate Product Needs
- Take regular inventory of products and communicate needs with a Sous Chef to ensure property ordering takes place - this includes both increasing the amount of product needed as well as scaling back where there is overstock.

- Experience working in a kitchen.

Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable working on their feet for long hours, regularly lifting up to fifty pounds.
Le Burger 4304 is a new fast casual restaurant from Jonathan Gans and Josh Hoyt (Northlands Consulting, formerly of The Bachelor Farmer) featuring French inspired burgers, craveable french fries, fresh and delicious salads, and the most unique chicken-by-the-piece in town.
Salary : $18 - $20
