Le Café Louis Vuitton, affiliated with STARR Restaurants, is a one-of-a-kind gastronomic destination for food and culture. Located on the fourth floor of the flagship Louis Vuitton store at 6 East 57th Street, the café is conceived to be a lively destination for visitors to feel immersed in an atmosphere of cultural inspiration while indulging in a creative menu curated by local talents Christophe Bellanca and Mary George, guided by French Chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frederic.
Now seeking a charismatic and hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to join our service team!
This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 10%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.
Qualifications:
- A combined 3 years of experience with at least 1 year as a Captain or Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or Michelin-star restaurant
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
- The ability to drive performance and success without compromising hospitality and service standards
- Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, OpenTable, Resy, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding systems)
