What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Le Chene French Cuisine?
Le Chene French Cuisine opened in September 1980, and we are open 6 days a week for dinner and on Sunday afternoons for brunch.
We are currently hiring for a part-time busser, where duties include:
- Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, candles, napkins, plates, and utensils.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils, refilling glasses, staying alert to patron spills or other needs.
- Supports wait staff by setting up and restocking.
- Opens and closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, and removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, and basic customer service
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.27 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
