- 1-3 years' of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred
- Experience with Resy and OpenTable reservations systems highly desired

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
