In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are received accurately, efficiently, and stored in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards, supporting the restaurant’s high standards of quality, safety, and organization.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel receiving role
- A clear understanding of receiving food product, including protocol as it pertains to accepting food-safe product, correct product, etc.
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail.
