WHO YOU ARE As our Warehouse Administrator, you play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. You are highly organized and detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter. You take ownership of inventory management, ensuring every shipment is logged correctly, and stock levels are always up to date.
You are a proactive problem solver, supporting the warehouse team with logistics coordination and system management. Whether tracking shipments, maintaining records, or ensuring smooth offsite transfers, you bring strong administrative skills and a solutions-driven mindset to every task. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate with both warehouse staff and logistics teams makes you an essential part of our operations.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring all goods are properly logged in the warehouse management system.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, monitor stock movements, and update inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Offsite Transfers and Receiving:
- Assist with the receiving process, ensuring goods are checked and recorded accurately upon arrival.
- Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storage of products according to warehouse guidelines.
- Organize and maintain the seamless flow of offsite transfers.
Warehouse Support:
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including helping with employee tasks, productivity and logistics coordination.
- Support the warehouse manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
System Management:
- Use warehouse management software (WMS) to track and manage inventory, offsite transfers, and shipments.
- Ensure data entry is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues or escalate when necessary.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with administrative duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory control systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
