Main Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities within Singapore, driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, optimizing retail performance, and ensuring the successful execution of our brand strategy in the market. This role involves strategic leadership, market development, customer relationship management, and ensuring the company’s competitive positioning in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain very close contacts with the chain and big customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Implement sales strategy and build an effective sales apparatus based on the goals and resources LC agrees on.
- Motivate and oversee retail operations towards result-creating activities and goals; assist them in customer projects.
- Look for new potential opportunities and contribute to the further development of the company and its customer.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to align commercial activities with overall business objectives.
- Follow up with key customers and own stores.
- Budgeting, Retail and Wholesale : targets, costs, forecasts.
- Estimate sales of goods and report to Demand / logistics.
- Turnover, Margin and achieve Budget goal.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Achieve KPI together with our customer.
- Ensure that all our customers have an experience of Le Creuset that satisfies all high expectations.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
