Ballet Instructor / and /or Tumbling Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ballet Technique ( all levels) and experience working with children. This role involves teaching Ballet Technique during our summer session 2025. The Instructor will create engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and learning in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Follow LE Dance ballet curriculum.
• Teach ballet technique.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with studio owner to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Requirements
• Proven experience working with children in a dance studio environment.
• Strong knowledge of ballet technique.
• Able to demonstrate and provide instruction verbally and physically.
• Dance degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• A passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.

TUMBLING INSTRUCTOR - we are seeking a tumbling instructor who can teach all ages/ levels. You must provide experience in prior position in a gymnastic or tumbling studio. Looking for a strong individual who has a true background in gymnastics and tumbling providing a fun, but structured learning environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week
