What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance HR Specialist for Federal Government Contractors position at Le Fant LLC?
As a member of our Human Resources team at Le'fant LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and other relevant labor laws. You will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding SCA-related queries and concerns, addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure company policies and practices comply with the Service Contract Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on SCA compliance and other HR-related topics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with SCA and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
- Support investigations into potential violations and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on SCA compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SCA reporting from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of the Service Contract Act and other federal labor laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
