Description
Le'fant is currently seeking an ERM Director for a program that will create, deliver, and facilitate training to VBA Senior Analysts and Executives for the implementation of industry best practices associated with establishing an ERM program. Tasks include:
· Encouraging Culture Change to Improve ERM Effectiveness
· Maturing the ERM Process
· Developing the Required Analytical Tools and Risk Assessment Capabilities
Requirements
A Master's Degree 15 years of experience is required or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
The ERM Director leads the engagement team and provides expert advice, assistance, guidance, and counseling in the engagement’s support of the agency’s management, organizational, engineering and business improvement efforts. Skills/Experience: 15 years of experience leading enterprise risk management programs or engagements. This should include executive experience leading ERM at large federal agencies and comparable experience (e.g., Federal Chief Risk Officer). The ERM Director should possess recognized subject matter knowledge in federal ERM implementation.
