Description
Le'fant is currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Project Manager for a program that will create, deliver, and facilitate training to VBA Senior Analysts and Executives for the implementation of industry best practices associated with establishing an ERM program. Tasks include:
· Encouraging Culture Change to Improve ERM Effectiveness
· Maturing the ERM Process
· Developing the Required Analytical Tools and Risk Assessment Capabilities
Requirements
A Bachelors' Degree 3 years of experience is required or 6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
The Project Manager is defined as an individual with 3 years of relevant ERM experience. Skills/Experience: The Project Manager should have a proven track record of assisting on one or more complex ERM projects for large Federal agencies. At a minimum, the Project Manager should be a Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) or hold other relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional).
