Le'fant is currently seeking team members to work on strategic communications/support for a PACT Act project.
Requirements
A Master's Degree and 8 years experience or 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
A Program Manager must have experience with diverse projects both large and small. Must be able to manage a portfolio of projects. Must be well versed in strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the program. Must be able to manage to cost, schedule and performance. Must possess at least 8 years of Project/Program Management experience with complex communications programs. Project Management Institute Project Management Professional certification is required. Must also have experience in successfully managing agency\enterprise-wide change management and\or strategic communication engagements.
