Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical positions within the government contracting sector. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse range of projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified technical candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the government contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Particularly Paylocity and Unanet
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and security clearance processes is a plus.
