We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team at our new Dallas location. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for innovation, a strong culinary background, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus that highlight the finest ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals, including cost control and inventory management
✔ Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
