Le Grand Restaurant, a renowned culinary destination known for its exceptional dining experiences, has successfully expanded from downtown Los Angeles to Pasadena. Since opening in August, our Pasadena location now offers both lunch and dinner service, featuring an amazing team dedicated to excellence.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team at Le Grand Pasadena. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for innovative dishes, a strong culinary background, and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor our culinary professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus that highlight the finest ingredients.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals, including cost control and inventory management.
- Uphold the established vision and culinary standards of Le Grand Restaurant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
