Spa Coordinator – Le Lux Beautique Medspa Where Luxury Meets Self-Care Le Lux Beautique Medspa is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join our elite team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering a five-star experience, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling, and supporting our team in maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk in.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, optimizing provider availability and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing expert knowledge on our treatments, memberships, and financing options.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs with attention to detail.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, proofreading documents, inventory management, and office organization.
- Assist with sales by educating clients on treatment plans, packages, and promotions.
- Foster strong communication between clients and providers, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain the spa’s high standards of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Qualifications: Experience in luxury hospitality, medical aesthetics, or spa environments preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and data entry. Ability to educate and guide clients on services and skincare products. Previous experience as a medical receptionist, receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a professional and polished appearance.
