Family in Manoa requires a fit property manager and personal assistant to oversee extensive renovation projects and respond to the family’s needs. The successful candidate will manage multiple properties, all of which are located on steep hillsides. He / She will work closely with a meticulous principal and will be expected to meet high expectations. Basic handyman skills will be expected, but larger jobs will be outsourced to subcontractors. The ideal candidate is humble, extremely organized, focused on detail, and willing to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage residential and rental properties
- Run personal errands
- Organize national and international travel
- Chauffeur for both business and family if requested
- Coordinate with contractors
- Assist in various personal and professional projects
- Maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to streamline daily activities
