Job Overview
Le Mieux is seeking a passionate and qualified Skin Care Educator & Trainer to join our team! This role focuses on delivering advanced training programs and personalized skincare education to professionals, including aestheticians, dermatologists, and industry support staff. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring, inspiring, and supporting skincare professionals to enhance their skills and grow their businesses. A key responsibility of this position is to create detailed protocols and skin treatment guides to ensure standardized and effective treatments for all skincare professionals in the network. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, drive sales, and support the opening of new accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and deliver educational workshops, seminars, and events for new and existing clients.
- Present advanced skincare training to estheticians, spa owners, dermatologists, and support staff.
- Conduct interactive workshops at the Le Mieux training center in Pasadena, CA.
- Mentor licensed skincare professionals to elevate their skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate facial treatment protocols in hands-on and classroom settings.
- Create detailed protocols and skin treatment guides to ensure standardized and effective treatments.
- Partner with professionals to optimize backbar menus, retail merchandising, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, drive sales, and support new account openings.
- Represent Le Mieux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to uphold the highest standards.
- Deliver training in large forum settings, including live demonstrations and virtual webinars.
- Inspire clients with expert advice on skincare trends and best practices using Le Mieux products.
- Travel locally and domestically to conduct workshops, trade shows, and special events.
