Le Parfait Paris is seeking a RELIABLE, Punctual, Meticulous, Organized and Fast Brunch cook with experience and a strong work ethic.
Part time morning shifts from 6:00 to 2:30pm

General Duties:
- Follows recipes in an organized and timely manner
- Keep the sandwich unit area stocked with full preps, and make sure to check and restock the items to maintain enough supply throughout the shift
- Have cutting skills (sliced, diced...)
- Follow and understand the appropriate food handling, safety and sanitation codes when cooking and cleaning
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout the entire shift
- Be friendly and professional with the customers and staff
Brunch Cook duties
- Make poached eggs, sunny side up eggs, scramble eggs
- Make crêpes
- Make eggs Benedict, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, salad, sandwiches etc..
Requirement:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Must get the San Diego Food handler license
- Must have cooking or back of house previous experience
- Must know how to work alone or with a team
- Must be reliable and honest Qualifications
-Able to meet all scheduling commitments
-Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
-Strong attention to detail
