- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict food safety standards and uphold cleanliness at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to menu innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a grill cook with a strong background in grilling proteins and fish.
- Proficiency in various grilling techniques, seasoning, and cooking times.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
