Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy rates.
- Build strong relationships with guests and key accounts through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to develop effective sales plans and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the hotel's services and amenities to local businesses and organizations.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
